**Quality Control**:
Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards and specifications.

Monitor the production process for any defects or discrepancies and take corrective actions as needed.

Conduct regular inspections of machinery and tools to ensure they are in good working order.

**Inventory Management**:
Ensure the availability of raw materials and components required for production.

Oversee the tracking of inventory levels and report any shortages or surpluses to management.

Coordinate with the procurement department to order supplies when needed.

**Safety Compliance**:
Enforce safety regulations and ensure that all production activities comply with health and safety standards.

Conduct safety training for production staff and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Perform regular safety audits and report any potential hazards to management.

**Process Improvement**:
Identify and suggest areas for process optimization to increase efficiency and reduce production costs.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives and encourage innovative solutions to improve productivity.

Troubleshoot production issues and ensure that corrective actions are taken promptly.

**Documentation and Reporting**:
Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities, shifts, downtime, and material usage.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production performance for management.

Ensure compliance with documentation standards for audits and inspections.

**Machine and Equipment Maintenance**:
Oversee the maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.

Coordinate with the maintenance team to address any technical issues promptly.

Schedule regular maintenance checks and repairs as required.

**Collaboration with Other Departments**:
Work closely with quality control, logistics, and planning teams to ensure production targets are met.

Communicate any production delays or issues to relevant departments and work collaboratively to resolve them.

**Meet Production Targets**:
Ensure that production targets, deadlines, and quotas are met consistently.

Analyze production schedules and adjust manpower or resources accordingly to meet shifting priorities.

**Experience ; 02 - 03 years**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:
