**Job brief**

We are looking for an experienced **Production Unit Supervisor** to oversee manufacturing of ready-made and custom-made orders to create a smooth and efficient process by monitoring tailors and masters and organizing workflows. The goal is to ensure that production processes deliver products of maximum quality in a profitable manner.

**Responsibilities**
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to tailors and masters and follow the Production Queue and Production Report formats
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules to the team along with assuring that the flow is fulfilled.
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
- Check production output according to specifications
- Submit reports on performance and progress and suggestions wherever necessary
- Regular reports on raw materials or purchase inventory needed
- Work closely with Design and Management team to ensure the goals are met on time
- Managing the overtime production schedule effectively

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as Production Unit Supervisor or similar role
- Experience in using various types of clothing manufacturing machinery and tools
- Experience or knowledge in pattern making and clothing manufacturing including stitching
- Knowledge in MS Office is an added advantage
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Problem-solving skills
- High School Diploma; Degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹14,263.17 - ₹25,824.13 per month

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
