**Job Title: Tandoor Commi 2 (Tandoor Chef de Partie 2)**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Assistance in Tandoor Cooking**: Support the Tandoor Commi 1 in the preparation and cooking of Tandoori dishes, including bread and marinated meats, following established recipes and techniques.
- **Kitchen Assistance**: Assist in the overall functioning of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and maintaining cleanliness.
- **Equipment Operation**: Operate and maintain Tandoor equipment under the guidance of the Tandoor Commi 1 or senior kitchen staff.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure the quality and consistency of Tandoor dishes by paying attention to details such as cooking times, temperatures, and presentation.
- **Food Safety Practices**: Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards in the handling, storage, and cooking of food items.
- **Ingredient Preparation**: Assist in the preparation of Tandoor-related ingredients, such as marinating meats and preparing dough for bread.
- **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of Tandoor equipment and the surrounding work area.
- **Communication**: Maintain open communication with other kitchen staff, reporting any issues or concerns to the Tandoor Commi 1 or kitchen supervisor.
- **Training**: Participate in training sessions and continuously develop skills in Tandoor cooking techniques.
- **Adaptability**: Be adaptable and willing to take on different tasks as needed in a dynamic kitchen environment.

**Requirements**:

- **Basic Culinary Knowledge**: A basic understanding of culinary principles and techniques.
- **Previous Experience**: Prior experience in a kitchen environment, especially in Tandoor cooking, is advantageous.
- **Physical Fitness**: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderately heavy items, and work in a fast-paced kitchen.
- **Team Collaboration**: Good teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with other kitchen staff.
- **Attention to Detail**: Pay close attention to instructions and details in food preparation and presentation.
- **Adherence to Standards**: Follow kitchen policies and standards, including those related to cleanliness, safety, and quality.
- **Enthusiasm for Learning**: Willingness to learn and grow in the culinary field, taking on new responsibilities and challenges.

**Salary**: ₹8,583.39 - ₹21,789.09 per month
