**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

2. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture solutions

3. Provide detailed information on products, pricing, and after-sales services

4. Achieve individual and store sales targets

5. Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing showroom

6. Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams for timely delivery

7. Handle customer queries, feedback, and concerns effectively

8. Stay updated on product knowledge, design trends, and competitor offerings

9. Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns

10. Strong Product Knowledge

**Requirements**:
1. Graduate in any discipline

2. 3-4+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in the furniture industry

3. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

4. Ability to understand customer preferences and provide personalized recommendations

5. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)

6. Willingness to work weekends and holidays, as per retail hours

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
