**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities to drive company growth and revenue.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to target potential corporate clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, industry needs, and competitor activities.
- **Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Develop and present tailored proposals and solutions that meet the specific needs of clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business and manage ongoing client relationships.
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Create and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
- **Partnerships and Networking**:

- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance business opportunities and market presence.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- **Market Analysis and Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights to senior management.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other departments, such as product development, customer service, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for business development efforts.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs and market conditions to influence product offerings and service enhancements.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to B2B sales and business development.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional growth to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, client relationship management, and market dynamics.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
