**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in daily accounting tasks and maintain accurate financial records.
- Support the preparation of financial reports using **Microsoft Excel**.
- Manage data entry and transactions in **Tally**.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
- Assist in the analysis of financial data and generation of insights.
- Collaborate with the finance team on budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Participate in internal audits and assist with resolving discrepancies.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**, including functions, formulas, and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with **Tally** ERP for accounting and financial management.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial records.
- Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

**Education**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
