Cadabam's Group is hiring Admission Coordinators for the Helpline Department.

Designation: Admission Coordinator

Location: Cadabam's Hospitals, J P Nagar

Work: Hybrid

Shifts: Rotational Shift & Night Shift (Work From Home)

Salary Range: 18,000/- to 25,000/
- Experience: 0 - 3 years

**Requirements**:

- Should have passed PUC, Diploma and Above
- Should be comfortable with at least 2 or more languages (Kannada and Telugu preferably)
- Excellent communication skills are required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to handle enquiry from Chats, E-mails, and Calls

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering inbound calls/customer queries related to the services offered
- Responsible for receiving inbound calls and outbound calls along with regular follow-up on calls/leads assigned
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going (by understanding the customer requirements and placing them into the services that suite them best)
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
