**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists or databases.
- Introduce and explain our products/services to prospects.
- Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with qualified prospects.
- Follow up with leads and maintain communication with prospects through phone calls.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven work experience as a Telemarketer or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,249.55 - ₹25,933.97 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
