Administration and customer relations 1. Efficient and courteous response to incoming calls and enquiries 1. Daily
2. Accurate recording and transmission of messages. 2. Daily

4. PO tracking 4. Daily
5. Spare parts inventory maintaining 5. Daily
6. Repair Pump inventory maintaining 6. Daily
7. Maintaining Active Client database 7. Daily
8. Information to customer on Material delivery 8. Daily
9. Technical Submission of finalized projects
10. Client Relationship Building
11. Maintaining updated Product price list
12. Support Sales team in identifying customers
13. Ensure Smooth coordination between departments
14. Timely Escalations a) Reports and MIS 1. Weekly Enquiry Generated Report 1. 2th of every month b) Business Intelligence 2.Weekly Spare Sales Report 2. 3rd of every month

3. Monthly AMC Report 3. 3rd of every month
4. Monitor competitor activity and report significant developments to management. 4. As and when required
5. Maintain AMC calendar 5. Weekly
6. One point contact for all existing AMC's Monthly
Business intelligence - Ensure timly information shared with management

BUSY entries and reviews 1. Ensure BUSY entries on a daily basis Accuracy - 100%
2. Compile Customer Feedback for review Timelines - Same days
3. Weekly inter-departmental meeting - MoM is captured and circulated, follow up and ensure deadlines are met for each activity

Compliance 1. Ensure all defined process and policies are followed without deviations 1. Company policies & process
2. managing all customer queries and internal disputes

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
