We have urgent requirement for one of our client company based on sexual health problems clinic.

**Requirement**: Medical Officer

**Location**: Mohali

**Educational Qualification - **MD in Ayurveda, any specialization (Preference
- Dravya Guna/Pharmacology).

**Job Description -**

**1. **Consulting with patients (mostly men) suffering from sexual health problems like ED, PE (etc.), involving finding out the root causes of their problems and offering the right, in-house, treatment options.

**2. **He must possess the power to persuade/convince the patient to opt the treatment plans which will genuinely help him recover from his problems.

**3. **Creating and maintaining patient’s medical history in the software used by the company.

**4. **The professional must take regular follow-ups of the patients in the format decided and given by the company.

**5. **The doctor must have considerable command over English, Hindi and Punjabi.

**6. **The doctor will also have to record informative videos and podcasts on the topic of sexual health, which will be posted on various social media channels belonging to the company.

**7. **Our treatment packages are in-house, coming with great value for the patients. Given our positioning in the market and the level of our company, our treatments are high priced. So, the doctor should be able to understand the exact need of the patient and must have the **SKILL **to persuade him to opt for the treatment most suitable for him.

**Experience - **Fresher or any experience.

**Salary -**

**1. **For Freshers - Rs. 4.8 LPA + incentives upon every patient converted.

**2. **For people with more than 3 years of experience - Rs. 7.2 LPA + incentives upon every patient converted.

**Bonus Benefits -**

**1. **Company also provides assets like **PERSONAL CARS** to the doctors who constantly achieve their monthly targets over a prescribed period of time.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
