Job Summary:
The Medical Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of medical services. This position involves coordinating patient care, managing medical records, scheduling appointments, and acting as a liaison between patients and HCP. The Medical Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information, facilitating communication, and providing administrative support to optimize patient outcomes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Patient Coordination:

- Coordinate patient appointments, referrals, and follow-up care.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Assist patients with navigating healthcare services and resources.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication of patient information to relevant medical staff.
- Medical Records Management:

- Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records, both electronic and physical.
- Organize and manage medical documentation, including test results, reports, and correspondence.
- Scheduling and Administrative Support:

- Schedule and coordinate medical appointments, procedures, and tests.
- Communication and Liaison:

- Facilitate communication between patients, medical staff, and external stakeholders, such as insurance companies and other healthcare providers.
- Coordinate communication with pharmacies.
- Act as a liaison between patients and medical staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Provide clear and concise information to patients regarding their care.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Maintain knowledge of current medical procedures and terminology.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field (preferred). Associate's degree and relevant experience may be considered.
- Proven experience in a medical coordination or healthcare administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Graduation
- Experience in working with medical field

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
