We are hiring urgently for **Operations Excellence Executive** full time position for **Walnut Medical, Mohali.**

**Qualifications & Experience**: B.Tech. Mechanical/Electronics with 1-2Years of experience

**Salary-** 20-25K PM

Walnut Medical, a leader in medical device robotics and payment systems, is rapidly expanding into the

automotive sector. With the development of an advanced automotive smart instrument cluster for OEMs, we are transitioning into a multi-vertical technology product company. As part of this growth, we are building a strong automotive electronics vertical and seeking talented engineers to join our dynamic team.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
An **Operations Excellence Executive’s** responsibilities include:

- Knowledge of 5s, 5s Audits & 5s Scoring, SMED (Single Minute Exchange of die.
- Proficient in MS office, MIS, PPT presentation etc.
- Good IQ, Communication Skills, Presentable, Go getter, proactive.
- Knowledge of Time Motion Study, manual methodology for production.
- Should be good in CFT (Cross functional Teams) coordination & understanding.

**The overarching goal of business development is to make a company more successful.**

**Skills Required**:

- Desirable experience from Automotive electronics/ Electronics manufacturing/ Medical devices manufacturing/ Appliances Manufacturing/ Consumer electronics etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Good to have knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
