**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Curriculum Development**:

- Develop and update course content, lesson plans, and laboratory exercises in alignment with the curriculum and industry standards.
- Engage students in interactive and participative learning methodologies.
- **Research and Development**:

- Conduct research in the field of pharmaceutical chemistry, focusing on innovative and applied areas.
- Publish research findings in reputed journals and present at academic conferences.
- Collaborate with industry partners and other academic institutions to foster interdisciplinary research opportunities.
- **Student Mentorship and Guidance**:

- Supervise and mentor students in academic projects, internships, and research activities.
- Provide academic and career guidance to students.
- **Laboratory Management**:

- Oversee and manage laboratory facilities for pharmaceutical chemistry experiments.
- Ensure the safety and proper maintenance of laboratory equipment and chemicals.
- **Administrative and Institutional Support**:

- Contribute to departmental activities, including academic planning, quality assurance, and accreditation processes.
- Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and events organized by the institution.
- **Community and Professional Engagement**:

- Build partnerships with the pharmaceutical industry for internships, research collaborations, and guest lectures.
- Represent the college in professional forums, fostering visibility and collaboration opportunities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**:

- Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry or a closely related field (e.g., Medicinal Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry).
- Additional certifications or ongoing research will be considered an advantage.
- **Experience**:

- Prior teaching or research experience in pharmaceutical chemistry or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Strong foundational knowledge in pharmaceutical chemistry.
- Proficiency in modern teaching tools and techniques, including virtual labs and e-learning platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to inspire and engage students in learning and research activities.
- Familiarity with industry trends and regulatory guidelines in pharmaceuticals.

Pay: ₹19,351.26 - ₹26,329.60 per month
