**About the Role**:

- We are looking for a passionate marketing and content associate who can don many hats and loves a good challenge While daily tasks might include creating persuasive copy, writing engaging and SEO rich blog posts, and other forms of marketing content the real fun begins when you will be spending your time brainstorming with the team about the upcoming sales, what special day campaigns to run, which influencers to work with and so on.

At CasaOne everyday is nearly Day 1. There is something new and fresh brewing everyday and if you like the sound of a non-monotonous marketing life, then this is the place for you.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Oversee all social content requirements for CasaOne (and other businesses that are acquired under the CasaOne Wing)
- Write compelling and SEO focused blogs
- Keep up with the up and coming trends and jump on the bandwagon with some interesting and topical content
- Create and coordinate marketing and promotional campaigns
- Work with the design team to create marketing materials like brochures, presentations, one-pagers, ads and more
- Manage and oversee social media channels. Work with the design team to create informative and appealing content for social platforms
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Communicate with influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Be tuned into all or most social media channels and be at a constant state of research and improvement of the existing social plan

**Job Requirement**

**Who You Are**:

- You have 0-3 years of experience in a marketing or product role
- You love your reading/ writing and are constantly on the lookout for great content
- Writing is not a job for you, it's a passion and you love the idea of knowing how each piece performs.
- You are a grammar nazi
- You enjoy going deep into research and delivering new, real value to your reader - not regurgitated versions of a competitor’s work
- You’re able to understand and write for American audiences and search engines at the same time
- You can name at least three strong SEO practices that have nothing to do with repeating keywords
- You can effectively communicate with multiple teams to get things done
- You have some experience growing brand awareness through social media
- You are willing to adapt to a high energy work place where each day is new and challenging
- You are comfortable communicating with influencers to strike a partnership
- You are a self starter and your own boss. You do not need a manager to keep checking in on you.
- You love growth hacking and are in constant pursuit of creating viral content
