Location

Employment Type: Full-Time (9 hours a day)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with two alternate Saturdays off

Role Overview

As a UI/UX Designer at AdsCult, you will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering intuitive and impactful user experiences. Your expertise will guide the visual and interactive elements of web development projects, ensuring they meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and their users.

Key Responsibilities

User Experience Research: Lead comprehensive user research efforts to gather insights and understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations. Utilize these findings to inform and justify design decisions.

Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our development team and clients, providing clear design specifications and ensuring a seamless translation of design concepts into functional code.

Design System Development: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency in visual language across all digital platforms.

User Testing and Feedback: Conduct user testing sessions to validate designs and iterate based on feedback to enhance usability and effectiveness.

Trend Analysis: Keep abreast of the latest UI/UX design trends, technologies, and best practices, integrating innovative solutions that enhance project outcomes.

Creative Problem-Solving: Engage in brainstorming sessions, offering creative and practical ideas to address design challenges and improve user experience.

Project Ownership: Take full ownership of UI/UX projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and exceed quality standards.

**Requirements**:
Experienceagency or a tech-forward environment.

Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design thinking, process, and solutions to real-world UI/UX challenges.

Technical Proficiency: Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and familiarity with HTML/CSS principles.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for presenting ideas and designs effectively.

Detail-Oriented: A meticulous attention to detail, with a passion for crafting user-centric designs that elevate the user experience.

Collaborative Spirit: The ability to thrive in a team environment, contributing to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
