**Key Responsibilities**:
**User Research**:

- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and motivations.
- Analyze and interpret research findings to inform design decisions.

**Wireframing and Prototyping**:

- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing.

**Design System and Style Guides**:

- Contribute to design system and style guide development.
- Ensure consistency across platforms and integrate brand assets seamlessly.

**UI Design**:

- Create polished, brand-aligned user interfaces with attention to detail.
- Develop high-fidelity mockups and design comps.
- Collaborate with the graphic design team to ensure brand consistency in UI elements.
- Design responsive interfaces for consistent experiences.

**Animation and Micro interactions**:

- Implement subtle animations and micro interactions for user engagement.
- Ensure animations enhance, not distract, the user experience.

**Usability Testing**:

- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather valuable feedback.
- Analyze usability test results and make data-driven design decisions.

**User Journey Mapping**:

- Map user journeys for a seamless and delightful experience.
- Identify touchpoints and interactions.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of designs.
- Effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to cross-functional teams.

**Stay Updated on Industry Trends**:

- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.

**Documentation**:

- Create and maintain detailed design documentation, including style guides and design specifications.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Proficiency in prototyping tools and graphic design software.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience with responsive and mobile design.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies is a plus.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- UI: 1 year (preferred)
- UX: 1 year (preferred)
