**AEM Back End Developer, Senior Developers & Tech Leads**
- Expertise of Adobe Experience Manager v6.5, AEM as a Cloud Service and understanding Cloud Manager.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and stakeholders to design and develop AEM components, templates, and workflows that meet project requirements
- Experience with AEM Core Components and AEM Touch UI development
- Customize and extend AEM functionality using technologies like Java, HTL (HTML Template Language), and JavaScript
- Integrate AEM with various third-party systems and platforms using APIs and other integration methods
- Configure AEM settings, permissions, and workflows based on project needs and best practices
- Assist in content migration and authoring, ensuring seamless transition and adherence to content guidelines and best practices
- Optimize AEM performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks, improving code efficiency, and implementing caching strategies
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end and back-end developers, to ensure a cohesive and efficient implementation of digital solutions
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to team members and stakeholders
- Document technical specifications, system architecture, and development processes for future reference and knowledge sharing
- Conduct code reviews and participate in quality assurance activities to ensure code meets established standards and project requirements
- Experience with AEM migration is a plus
- Strong understanding of cloud concepts, cloud manager
- Best practices for AEM cloud implementation
- Knowledge of OOTB migration tools and strategies.

**AEM Front End Developer, Senior Developers & Tech Leads**

Demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate about complex technical, architectural, and/or organizational problems and propose thorough iterative solutions
- Solid understanding of Javascript (ES6+), Java, XML, jQuery, Ajax, JSON, Bootstrap, HTML, and CSS
- Professional experience with VueJS or another modern JavaScript web framework (React, Angular, Ember, etc.)
- Front-end (CSS) frameworks like Foundation or Bootstrap
- Understanding API design and development
- Experience with writing automated tests (e.g. Jest, Karma, Jasmine, Mocha, AVA, tape)
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience with cross-browser and cross-platform issues
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience with servlets, beans, event listeners, etc.
- Experience with RESTful and SOAP-based web services
- Experience with Apache servers and bundles
- Agile Development Methodology experience is advantageous
- Knowledge of modern web development practices such as Git, SVN, Maven and Agile development
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is must.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and stakeholders to design and develop AEM components, templates
- Experience working on dynamic websites using content management systems.
- Must have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to think both creatively and strategically.
- Conduct code reviews and participate in quality assurance activities to ensure code meets established standards and project requirement
