**Job Title**: Field Data Collector - Real Estate Property Collection

**Location**: Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh

**Salary**: ₹12,000 per month + ₹3,000 Fuel Allowance

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- **Property Data Collection**: Capture 50 to 55 high-quality photos of real estate properties (residential and commercial) on a daily basis. Ensure images accurately represent the key features of each property as per company guidelines.
- **Daily Target Achievement**: Consistently meet the daily target of capturing 50-55 photos across various properties. Ensure each property is photographed from different angles and includes both exterior and interior shots, where applicable.
- **Accurate Reporting**: Submit detailed records of each property, including address, type, condition, and any other relevant details. Photos should be organized, with proper timestamps and location.
- **Fieldwork**: Travel across different localities in Varanasi to capture images of properties. Ensure all properties are photographed in alignment with company standards.
- **Property Evaluation**: Take clear and precise images that highlight important property features, including building condition, surroundings, and available amenities.
- **Timely Submissions**: Ensure the collected data is submitted in a timely manner at the end of each day. Organize photos and information for easy reference.
- **Coordination**: Communicate with the team or supervisor regarding daily progress, targets, or any challenges faced while collecting data.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum High School diploma (12th grade) or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in field data collection, real estate photography, or related work is preferred, but not mandatory.
- **Skills**: Basic knowledge of photography and the use of smartphones or digital cameras for high-quality image capture.
- **Transport**: Must have personal transport (motorcycle, bicycle, or car) to travel between various locations within Varanasi. Fuel allowance of ₹3,000 per month will be provided for travel expenses.
- **Target-Oriented**: Ability to meet the daily photo target of 50-55 properties without compromising the quality of work.
- **Self-Discipline**: Must be able to work independently and efficiently manage time to ensure daily targets are met.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to maintain an organized record of photos and property details for easy reporting and review.
- **Communication Skills**: Good communication skills to report progress and address any fieldwork-related issues.

**Compensation**:

- **Salary**: ₹12,000 per month.
- **Fuel Allowance**: ₹3,000 per month for travel-related expenses.
- **Additional Benefits**: Flexible working hours, with the opportunity to travel throughout Varanasi to gather property data.

**Working Hours**:

- Full-time position.
- Monday to Saturday, with flexible working hours to accommodate the target of 50-55 photos daily.
