We are seeking a talented Social Media Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team with minimum 3 years experience. If you have a passion for social media, a knack for engaging content, and a proven track record of driving results, we want to hear from you (Note: This position requires working in the office for 3 days and working from home for 2 days.)

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with our business goals and target audience.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social media channels promptly and professionally.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar platforms. Provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies.
- Campaign Management: Plan and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and other departments to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent writing and communication skills, proficiency in social media management tools, and basic knowledge of graphic design software.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. - Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative content ideas.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
