Once the Main-boot Starts, contact the students for facilitating payment.
- Forward outstanding list to Payments Team along with the deadline.
- Follow-Up DNP students for payment.
- Handling queries and negotiation and convincing skills.
- Using a new sales strategy to collect the old or pending dues from the learners.
- Answer all the inbound calls and the outbound calls should be 50- 60 per day.
- Work on individual target and achieve monthly targets.
- Explaining Learners about the different Payment Modes & guiding for the same
- Documentation and Preparing Reports
- Responsible for Data maintenance & documentation
- Flexible to Learn new Skills
- Must be capable of making inbound and outbound calls
- Should work together with the Team for achieving targets
- Adapt to flexible timings and work on rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
