**Job Overview**:
We are seeking dynamic and persuasive **Academic Counselors** who will be the first point of contact for incoming leads. The role involves actively calling potential learners, explaining course details, scheduling demo sessions, driving walk-ins (if applicable), and ultimately converting leads into successful enrolments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call and counsel potential leads generated through various marketing channels (digital, events, referrals, etc.)
- Understand the learning needs and career goals of each lead and recommend suitable programs.
- Schedule and follow up on demo classes with faculty or counsellors.
- Drive walk-in visits and engage with students/parents effectively.
- Maintain lead database and track progress through CRM tools.
- Follow-up rigorously with warm/hot leads to ensure maximum conversions.
- Share program details, fee structures, offers, and guide students through the enrolment process.
- Achieve weekly/monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for students.

**Eligibility Criteria**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/Business/Marketing preferred)

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in academic counseling, inside sales, or tele-counseling preferred
- Freshers with strong communication and persuasion skills may also apply

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools
- Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets
