**Supervision & Leadership:

- Supervise and coordinate the work of the electrical maintenance team.
- Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently and safely.
- Provide training and guidance to team members as needed.

Electrical System Management:

- Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and components.
- Monitor and manage the performance of all electrical installations, including lighting, HVAC, power distribution, and control systems.
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance safety.

Project Management:

- Plan and execute electrical projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with other departments and contractors to ensure seamless operations and project completion.
- Review and approve electrical drawings, specifications, and material requirements.

Safety & Compliance:

- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of electrical work, maintenance activities, and safety inspections.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols for all electrical operations.

Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving:

- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Analyze electrical systems and components to recommend improvements and upgrades.
- Respond to emergency situations and ensure that necessary repairs are performed effectively.

Documentation & Reporting:

- Maintain detailed reports of maintenance schedules, incident logs, and equipment performance.
- Provide regular updates to the management on project progress, issues, and potential risks.

**Job Expectations**:
Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with power distribution, control systems, and high-voltage equipment.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing tools and software.

Leadership Abilities:

- experience in leading and managing a team of technicians.

Problem-Solving:

- troubleshooting and analytical skills.

**Minimum Qualification**: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

**Minimum Job Experience**: 5 years

**Reporting to**: HOD

**Travel**: Travelling as and when required
