**Job Title**: Electrical Supervisor
**Location**: BARC, Trombay - On-Site
**Experience Required**: 3 to 5 years in electrical maintenance/supervision
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all electrical installation and maintenance activities
- Monitor performance of technicians and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Troubleshoot faults in LT motors, starter panels, and power systems
- Maintain daily reports and logs of site work and material usage
- Liaise with the client’s representatives and report progress or issues
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of relevant site supervision experience
- Strong knowledge of LT panels, motors, cabling, and safety protocols
- Ability to read electrical drawings and documentation
- Good communication and team-handling skills
