We are looking for an efficient and detail-oriented Stocks/Purchase Executive to oversee the procurement and inventory management processes at our dermatology clinic. As a Stocks/Purchase Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing clinic supplies, monitoring inventory levels, negotiating with suppliers, and maintaining accurate records to support the smooth functioning of the clinic.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Stock Procurement**: Identify clinic supply needs, source products, and negotiate favourable terms with suppliers to ensure timely procurement while adhering to budgetary constraints.

**Inventory Management**: Monitor and maintain optimal levels of clinic supplies, track inventory turnover rates, and implement effective inventory control measures to reduce waste and overstock.

**Quality Assurance**: Ensure the quality and compliance of all procured items, including medical supplies, skincare products, and equipment, meeting regulatory standards.

**Vendor Relations**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and seek opportunities for cost savings and improved service.

**Order Processing**: Process purchase orders, review invoices for accuracy, and facilitate timely payments to suppliers.

**Stock Replenishment**: Continuously assess stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary to prevent shortages and maintain seamless clinic operations.

**Record Keeping**: Maintain comprehensive and organized records of procurement transactions, pricing, and supplier details.

**Quality Control**: Perform quality checks on received supplies, ensuring they meet the clinic's standards and specifications.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in stock procurement and inventory management, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical supplies and equipment is a plus.
