**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and oversea vendors.
- Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project.
- Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions.
- In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules.
- Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors.
- Assist in ISO Annual Performance Review for vendors.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational Requirements and expectations
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers. Tally & accounts knowledge is must. Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, Access). Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Requirements and skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field may be required.
- Proven work experience in Purchasing or similar role
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
- Hands-on experience with purchasing software
- Understanding of supply chain procedures
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
- Negotiation skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
