**Job Description : -**
1. To maintain good working atmosphere in the office, ensuring that all staff follow office etiquettes / discipline
2. To ensure that all the assets are in good working conditions, regular maintenance / Executing AMCs etc.
3**.** House Keeping & Security Management.
4. Ensuring un interrupted communication facilities (cug mobile connections, Fixed lines, PRI/Centrex/EPBEX) etc
5. To ensure that organization / branches meets all local as well as central compliances according to different applicable laws
6.Opening / closure / shifting of offices
7. Booking of tickets/ cabs / hotels for the employees travelling for the Co.
8. Maintaining records of production, inventory, and other essential documents.
9. Managing schedules for production, meetings, and appointments, as well as coordinating between different departments.
**Desired Educational Qualification**:
1. At least two plus years of experience in Admin Role.
2. Any Graduation / Post Graduation.
3. Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
Work Location: Hyderabad
Offering salary is 23K to 28K based on interview performance.
