We are seeking a versatile and dynamic individual to join our team as a Digital Marketer, Content Writer, and Business Developer. In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving lead generation and creating engaging and persuasive copy for marketing initiatives and social media platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate leads and drive business growth.
- Conduct market research and identify target audiences and trends to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Create compelling and persuasive content for websites, social media platforms, and other marketing channels to attract and engage.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and cohesive marketing materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and networking.
- Identify business development opportunities, such as partnerships, collaborations, and client referrals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and digital marketing best practices to ensure the agency's marketing efforts are innovative and effective.
- Analyze marketing metrics and provide regular reports on the performance of campaigns and lead generation efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, content writing, and business development.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to create engaging and persuasive copy.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build strong relationships.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the design industry and a passion for creativity and aesthetics is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 per month
