We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Designer to join our team and play a key role in crafting impactful visual identities for our clients. As an Identity Designer, you will have a deep understanding of design principles and be proficient in various design disciplines, including logo design, packaging, poster design, and motion graphics. Your attention to detail, creativity, and strong presentation skills will be essential in effectively communicating design concepts to clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually compelling and cohesive visual identities for clients across various industries.
- Develop unique and memorable logo designs that capture the essence of a brand.
- Design packaging solutions that effectively communicate the brand's message and attract target audiences.
- Create eye-catching posters and promotional materials that effectively convey key messages.
- Produce engaging motion graphics and animations for various digital platforms.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and objectives.
- Conduct research to gain insights into industry trends, target audiences, and competitors.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to clients, showcasing design concepts and rationale.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines throughout all design projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, marketers, and developers, to achieve project objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, techniques, and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Identity Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in logo design, packaging, poster design, and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent visual and conceptual thinking skills.
- Keen attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality design outputs.
- Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in preparing and delivering persuasive presentations.
- Familiarity with print production processes and requirements.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A strong sense of creativity, innovation, and a desire to push the boundaries of design.
