We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Junior UI/UX Designer** to join our design team. As a Junior Designer, you’ll assist in creating intuitive, engaging, and user-centered designs across our digital products. You’ll collaborate with senior designers, developers, and product managers to help shape user experiences that are functional and visually compelling.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive, engaging interfaces
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders
- Support usability testing and user research activities
- Collaborate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback
- Help maintain design systems and style guides
- Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar
- Basic understanding of UX principles and design processes
- Familiarity with responsive design and accessibility standards
- Strong attention to detail and good visual design sense
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Portfolio showcasing design work

**Interview Process**
- Final rounds include a portfolio walkthrough and team interview.
