**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct hands-on training sessions for IBM ISAM, focusing on practical skills and real-world scenarios.
- Develop and deliver training materials, including presentations, exercises, and assessments.
- Provide personalized support and guidance to trainees, addressing their questions and challenges.
- Monitor and evaluate trainee progress, providing feedback and additional resources as needed.
- Stay current with the latest IBM ISAM updates and industry best practices to ensure training content is relevant and accurate.
- Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve training programs and materials.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience with IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) and its core functionalities.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management principles.
- Previous experience in a training or instructional role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and approachable manner.
- Ability to engage and motivate trainees, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Access to IBM ISAM software or willingness to utilize provided software resources for training purposes.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Relevant certifications in IBM Security Access Manager or related fields.
- Experience with other IBM security products and solutions.
- Familiarity with various training methodologies and tools.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
