Conduct **metallurgical testing**: microstructure analysis, hardness, tensile, impact, and other mechanical tests.
- Analyze and document **chemical composition** using spectrometers or other instruments.
- Interpret results and generate **technical reports** with root cause analysis of material defects.
- Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure **process parameters** meet metallurgical standards.
- Perform **heat treatment validation** and suggest improvements in metal properties.
- Conduct **failure analysis** on returned products or production rejections.
- Maintain and calibrate lab equipment like microscope, UTM, impact testers, etc.
- Ensure compliance with **industry standards** such as ASTM, ISO, BIS, etc.
- Record and maintain test data and ensure traceability of samples.
- Proficient in using **metallurgical lab equipment** and software
- Good understanding of **mechanical properties of metals**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
