About Us: Rastogi Tour & Travels is a growing local travel service provider based in Bijnor, offering cab services, outstation trips, tour packages, and transport solutions for individuals, families, and businesses. With a registered MSME, a digital presence, and an established lead generation system, we are now looking to expand operations and take the business to the next level.

We are seeking a motivated and like-minded **Business Partner** who can bring in strategic ideas, financial input (optional), and active involvement in day-to-day operations, marketing, or business development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Co-manage business operations and customer service
- Plan and execute growth strategies (digital marketing, corporate tie-ups, etc.)
- Handle business leads, partnerships, and customer follow-ups
- Monitor vehicle management, driver coordination, and service quality
- Contribute to financial planning, pricing, and monthly reviews

**Who Should Apply**:

- Passionate about the travel & transport industry
- Experience in sales, operations, travel agency, or transport is a plus
- Should have leadership qualities and a business mindset
- Willing to contribute time and/or investment (negotiable)
- Located in or near Bijnor preferred.

**Partnership Terms**:

- Profit-sharing or investment-based partnership (to be discussed)
- Flexible working hours

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance, Volunteer
Contract length: 12 months

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Travel company: 1 year (preferred)
