The E-Commerce Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing advertising strategies on Amazon to drive sales and brand awareness. This role requires a deep understanding of Amazon's advertising ecosystem, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**:

- Create, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform ad strategies.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (ACoS, CTR, CPC, ROI) to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate performance and recommendations to stakeholders.
- **Budget Management**:

- Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI while ensuring spend aligns with overall marketing goals.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with product, sales, and content teams to ensure ads align with promotional activities and brand messaging.
- Collaborate with external agencies or consultants as needed.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, Amazon algorithm changes, and competitive landscape to adapt strategies accordingly.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing, specifically with Amazon advertising.
- Proficient in Amazon Seller Central and advertising tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
