Oversee day-to-day hostel operations.

Supervise hostel staff including cleaners, security, and maintenance workers.

Ensure residents adhere to hostel rules and maintain discipline.

Handle check-ins, check-outs, and room allocations.

Maintain accurate records of residents and room occupancy.

Coordinate repairs, cleanliness, and general maintenance of the property.

Address resident complaints and resolve conflicts or issues promptly.

Monitor safety and security of the premises.

Report regularly to management on hostel activities and issues.

Organize or support activities that promote community building among residents.

Manage hostel supplies and inventory.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Previous experience in hostel/hotel supervision or related field.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Good problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if needed.

Basic knowledge of housekeeping, facility maintenance, and administration.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
