**Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive**
**Location**: Narapally, Uppal, Hyderabad
**Working Days**: 6 days a week (Week off: Tuesday)
**Timings**: 09:30 AM to 6:30 PM

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make introductory calls to new leads and prospects shared by the back-office team.
- Follow up with existing leads to schedule and coordinate site visits.
- Attend to and assist walk-in customers and channel partners during their visits.
- Follow up with visited leads to arrange price discussions with the Sales Head.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and visit statuses in the CRM system.
- Provide timely updates and stay in close coordination with the sales manager at the back office.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of prior sales experience** is mandatory.
- Good understanding of **Hyderabad’s real estate market** is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in **English, Telugu, and Hindi**.
- Well-presented, energetic, and eager to learn.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn through performance.

**Compensation**:

- **Fixed Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
- **Incentives**: Attractive performance-based incentives on successful closures
- **Support**: Training and backend support provided by the sales coordination team

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
