**Field Executive for Debt Collection and Recovery**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and diligent Field Executive to join our team specializing in debt collection and recovery. As a Field Executive, you will be responsible for visiting clients, negotiating payment terms, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding debts. Your role will be crucial in maintaining positive client relationships while adhering to legal and ethical standards in debt collection practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct visits to debtors' premises or homes to discuss payment options and negotiate repayment plans.
- Collect overdue payments and arrange for debt settlements in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Document all interactions, payments received, and agreements made with debtors accurately.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, updating them on the status of debt recovery efforts.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as legal and finance departments, to escalate complex cases or issues as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations governing debt collection practices.
- Provide regular reports on debt collection activities and progress to management.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in debt collection or a related field, preferably in a field executive role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and handle difficult situations diplomatically.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of legal regulations and practices related to debt collection.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets within specified timelines.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.

**Educational Requirements**:

- 12th pass and graduates can apply.
- DRA certificate will be added benefit.

**Work Experience**
- 1 or more than 1 year experience as field executive (Sales, marketing, debt collection, recovery)

**Working Conditions**:

- This position involves frequent travel within a designated geographic area.
- Flexible working hours may be required to accommodate debtor availability.
