**Introduction**:
The role requires sound understanding of Investment Banking Secondary Trading Business and financial markets good eye for detail and an ability to liaise with the Senior Business Managers, trading desks and Technology teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of critical business strategy inputs.

This role provides the opportunity to make a strong immediate contribution for applicants who are proactive, tenacious and eager to learn about multiple products and clients.

**What will you be doing?**
- Assisting the Global Markets Chief of Staff, in preparing and organising management business reviews and other management forums, including Global Markets management meetings
- Running standard management processes for the Global Markets Chief of Staff Office & proactively flag and execute on opportunities, for improvement and optimisation
- Producing data analysis and writing reports, including draft presentations for use by the Co-Heads of Global Markets, to assist in executive governing and management forums
- Drafting briefing materials for the Co-Heads of Global Markets ahead of meetings, with Board members, senior management, direct reports, infrastructure partners, regulators and clients
- Producing presentations and talking points to support the Co-Heads of Global Markets in regular colleague communications, including Town Halls and all-colleague calls
- Analysing benchmarking intelligence, to assess relative performance, versus peers and opportunities for growth
- Owning, maintaining and continuously improving action trackers and business performance scorecards
- Taking minutes in governance forum and liaising with stakeholders across the firm to track action points through to completion
- Provide strategic solutions for complex business problems
- Produce periodic headcount reports and ad-hoc productivity analysis
- Create scorecards to monitor business objectives and propose required management actions
- Drive the optimisation and automation of any databases and standardised reports
- Automate current reports and develop new reports in Analytical tools like Qlikview, Tableau, (BO) Business Objects etc...
- Develop dashboards and various MIS reports analysing volume, Revenue, Risk, Productivity, Client Interactions and Sectors etc..

**What we’re looking for**:
