**Job description**
**Job Title**: Google Ads / PPC Executive
**Job Type**: WFH or In-office (we prefer in-office)
**Workings Hrs**: Full-Time (10:30 am - 7:00 pm)
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹45,000 per month + Bi-anual incentive performance based (Based on experience)
**Experience**: Between 1-3 years (Agency experience mandatory)
**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Connect with clients and manage the complete onboarding process, including gathering business details, gaining access to or creating Google Ads assets, and understanding the client’s business to develop a tailored strategy and execution plan.
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads lead generation campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, create ad copies, and perform A/B testing.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends, best practices, and policy changes.
- Digital Marketing Agency experience: Min. 1 year.
- Proven track record of managing high-budget lead generation and D2C campaigns.
- Must be managing a minimum of 10-12 clients running Google Ads or Meta Ads campaigns. -Experience working with clients in industries such as real estate, clinics, hospitals, healthcare, or B2B businesses is preferred.
- Strong understanding of all Google and Meta ads important metrics
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and related tools
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Strong understanding and execution skills of conversion tracking setup.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
