**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive cybersecurity training programs, including:

- **Awareness training**: Phishing simulations, social engineering awareness, data security best practices
- **Technical training**: Incident response, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, penetration testing, network security
- **Compliance training**: GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and other relevant regulations
- Tailor training materials to specific audience needs and learning styles, utilizing a variety of instructional methods (e.g., presentations, workshops, simulations, hands-on exercises, online courses)
- Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices through continuous research and professional development.
- **Training Delivery**:

- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to employees at all levels, from entry-level to executive.
- Facilitate interactive learning experiences, encouraging active participation and knowledge retention.
- Assess participant learning through quizzes, tests, and practical exercises.
- Provide constructive feedback to participants and track training progress and effectiveness.
- **Training Administration**:

- Manage the training calendar and schedule training sessions effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, and certifications.
- Prepare and distribute training materials, including handouts, presentations, and online resources.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and effective training delivery.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the IT security team, HR department, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop effective solutions.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization regarding cybersecurity risks and best practices.
- Promote a strong cybersecurity culture within the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- **Experience**: 3+ years of experience in delivering cybersecurity training programs to a diverse audience.
- **Certifications**: Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly valued.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including:

- **Threat landscape**: Malware, phishing, ransomware, social engineering
- **Security controls**: Firewalls, intrusion detection systems, antivirus software, data encryption
- **Incident response**: Threat detection, containment, eradication, recovery
- **Compliance frameworks**: GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001
- **Soft Skills**:

- **Excellent communication and presentation skills**: Ability to articulate complex technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- **Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills**: Ability to build rapport with trainees, create a positive learning environment, and encourage active participation.
- **Problem-solving and critical thinking skills**: Ability to analyze training needs, identify potential challenges, and develop effective solutions.
- **Organization and time management skills**: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- **Passion for cybersecurity**: A genuine interest in staying current on the latest threats and best practices.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
