**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Design and Develop Training Content**: Create and update training materials, hands-on labs, and courseware for cybersecurity programs.
- **Conduct Training Sessions**: Deliver instructor-led training (ILT) sessions (in-person and virtual) to learners at various levels, from beginners to advanced professionals.
- **Hands-On Lab Guidance**: Guide students through practical lab exercises for web, network, and cloud security.
- **Certification Preparation**: Train students for globally recognized certifications like CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, OSCP, and other relevant certifications.
- **Customized Corporate Training**: Develop customized training modules for corporate clients, including workshops and hands-on simulations.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep pace with the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and technologies to ensure training content is current and relevant.
- **Assess Learners**: Evaluate students' performance through assignments, quizzes, and hands-on exercises, providing constructive feedback.
- **Support and Mentorship**: Offer ongoing support to students during and after training, guiding them in career development and certification preparation.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Industry Certifications (preferred)**:

- CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) — **Required**:

- CompTIA Security+ — **Preferred**:

- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) — **Preferred**:

- OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional) — Optional but valuable
- CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) — Optional but valuable
- **Technical Skills**: Hands-on knowledge of vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, threat modeling, ethical hacking, and incident response.

**Preferred Experience**
- **Training Skills**: Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them effectively to learners at different levels.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- **Tools and Platforms**: Knowledge of security tools like Metasploit, Burp Suite, Wireshark, Nmap, Kali Linux, and SIEM solutions.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity roles (e.g., Security Analyst, Penetration Tester, or Ethical Hacker) with a strong inclination towards teaching.
- Previous experience as a trainer, mentor, or instructor in cybersecurity-related courses.
