We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven **Sales & Marketing Executive** to join our team and help us grow our brand and increase revenue.

**Job Summary**:
As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and increasing overall sales. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales**:

- Identify and pursue new sales leads, prospects, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct product/service presentations and demos to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Track sales performance and report on key metrics.

**Marketing**:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline).
- Assist in planning and organizing promotional events and trade shows.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and marketing strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in Sales and marketing.
- Bachelor Degree.
