**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise Daily Operations: Oversee the day-today operations of the dairy production department, ensuring efficient and smooth production processes.
- Quality Control: Inspect the quality of milk and other dairy products to ensure they meet production standards and regulatory requirements.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards in the production process.
- Staff Management: Manage and coordinate the activities of production workers, including training new staff on operating machinery and following production procedures.
- Equipment Maintenance: Monitor the maintenance and repair of production equipment to ensure operational efficiency and mínimal downtime.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels and coordinate the supply of raw materials to meet production demands.
- Production Scheduling: Review production schedules and deadlines, making adjustments as needed to meet customer demands and company goals.
- Documentation and Reporting: Document production data and prepare reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet production requirements and minimize waste.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the dairy industry, with a strong background in production supervision.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills, strong communication and organizational abilities, and proficiency in using production management software.
- Knowledge: In depth knowledge of dairy production processes, quality control standards, and regulatory requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
