**Job Title**: Medical Representative (MR)
**Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy and Planning**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned region to achieve business targets.
- Set and monitor sales targets for the team and ensure their execution within the timelines.
- Analyze sales data to forecast future sales trends and optimize promotional activities.
- **Team Management**:
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team (Medical Representatives/ Sales Representatives) to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, challenges, and strategies for improvement.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, threats, and trends in the pharma industry.
- Monitor competitor activities and update strategies to stay ahead in the market.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as doctors, hospitals, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
- **Product Promotion**:
- Oversee the promotion of the company's pharmaceutical products, ensuring the right messaging and targeting is in place.
- **Field Work**:
- Spend time in the field to support the team, visiting key accounts, and maintaining relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
- **Experience**:
- 2 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- **Skills**:
- Strong Sales and marketing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and forecast sales trends.
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the pharma industry, market dynamics, and relevant laws.
- **Other Requirements**:
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
