**Job Title: Store Assistant / Executive** **Job Summary**: As a Store Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, ensuring the store is well-maintained, and supporting the daily operations.Your role will involve assisting internal stake holder, handling stock, and ensuring that the store meets company standards for maintaining inventory control. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Internal stake holder Service**: - Greet and assist "Hydropure systems Pvt. Ltd." (HSPL) stake holder (SH) in a friendly and professional manner. - Answer SH inquiries about products and store policies. - Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register. - **Support Service**: - Assist in restocking shelves and ensuring products are clearly displayed. - Ensure that stock is organized and available for SH. - Monitor product inventory and report low stock levels to management. - **Store Maintenance**: - Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-organized throughout the day. - Ensure the store's health and safety standards are maintained. - Assist in incoming material and outgoing material and ensuring security procedures are followed. - **Inventory Management**: - Assist in stock takes and inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels. - Help unload and unpack deliveries of stock. - Support stock replenishment and rotation of products on the shelves. - **Teamwork**: - Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and deliver excellent customer service. - Assist management with other tasks and responsibilities as needed. **Skills & Qualifications**: - Ability to provide excellent service and handle pressure during peak hours. - Ability to work over time when ever required. - Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact well with SH and coworkers. - Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, with attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Able to stand, walk, and lift items for extended periods. - Previous experience in engineering field will be added advantage but not essential. - Willingness to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Food provided - Health insurance - Provident Fund **Language**: - English (preferred) Shift availability: - Day Shift (preferred) Work Location: In person
