**The Opportunity**
- We’re looking for a Sales Operations Associate who will own the design and execution of revenue initiatives and experiments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Run experiments in the sales funnel**: There’s always room to improve our existing processes We have a data-driven culture of experimentation - you’ll be scoping and implementing A/B tests to help us become more efficient.
- ** Produce analytics + insights**:Whether it’s communicating experiment performance against existing KPIs or diving into conversion rates within the sales funnel, you’ll use data to identify areas of opportunity.

**You**:

- ** Have 1+ years of experience in operations **(can be generalist, sales-specific, or go-to-market roles).
- ** Put our students first** and are the biggest advocate for our students and their admissions experience in any meeting.
- ** Are a systems-native.** You have effectively worked in CRMs (Hubspot strongly preferred) and are quick to grasp new processes and procedures, understand their implications for different users, and can confidently enforce adherence to those policies.
- ** Have outstanding time management skills** to deliver cross-functional projects on time, while adeptly juggling competing priorities.
- ** Are results-driven. **You’re excited to help our Sales team crush growing targets by empowering them with the tools, processes, and incentives to do so, and are motivated by our mission to bridge the world’s skills gap.
- ** You have an “always be learning” mindset**. You’re curious and are fascinated by processes, data, and user behavior.
- ** Get joy out of collaboration. **Springboard has a strong, vibrant team culture and you’ll need to be a good steward in building and maintaining this culture as we grow—our team celebrates human-ness, relationships, and fun.

**Bonus points if you have**:

- Experience using Zapier (or similar integration tools)
- Formal project management & process training
- Experience with Excel and data analysis
- Experience within a startup company (or even edtech)
