Dispatch Executive

**Pattabi Enterprises Private Limited** is hiring **Dispatch** **Executive **position for Mysore Location

Number of openings : 2+Yrs ( Experienced in Dispatch in Manufacturing field )
- Must have Experience in relevant field should be able to handle individually

Main Responsibilities:
Receive calls and record significant information based on its priority.
- Respond to any issues and follow-up by coordinating with the appropriate departments,

Management, Drivers and customers or field units.
- Receive and dispatch products or deliveries in the specified time.
- Monitor the route and status of field units and prioritize their schedule.
- Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other

information.
- Plan in consultation with Planning and Accounts Team.
- Inform dispatch details to teams towards previous day.
- Complete pending dispatches of previous days in the next day in coordination with team.

Send Dispatch report to Management, Accounts and Planning Teams.
- Inform vehicle details, dispatch details to Accounts Department Check E way bill, vehicle

number, customer name and address.
- Verify invoice with COA (Report) towards material details, number of quantity and number of

boxes etc.
- Move goods ready for dispatch to the dispatch area.
- Prepare gate pass, including dispatch details.
- Update the delivery details in the Boards.
- Proactively address problems and suggest solutions
- Coordinate schedule in the most effective manner
- Track and update call logs and data in software programs
- Provide MIS reports to Management.
- Respond to queries related to products and deliveries.
- Coordinate the movement of products in transit, organizing the dispatch of goods, monitoring

incoming and outgoing materials and products, examining products and materials documents,

billing of customers, and communicate for transportation clearly.
- The dispatch process commences once the goods on a sales order line are ready for sending to

the customer and a dispatch note is produced to accompany the order. Once the customer has

received the order, signed and returned the dispatch note the dispatch can be confirmed on the

system.
- Train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned employees; assign workloads to

staff. Receive, unpack, pack, load, issue, store and deliver materials, complete packing slips

for transport as assigned.
- Coordinate with production department and review dispatch list for issue and production of

goods according to priority. It is a document that contains a detailed listing of all the goods

that need to be produced based on the priority. It is generally shared with the production team

via the internal system or a hard copy.
- Improve dispatch efficiency by receiving clear and accurate information on the receiver

facility and drop requirements. This information can help dispatchers do their jobs better and

improve efficiency overall.
- Bridging the gap between drivers and dispatchers helps an environment that is conducive to

efficient dispatching.
- Plan well in advance
- Plan delivery due date of customers on priority basis with detailed

description. Date, Time, place, quantity etc.
- Plan and dispatch goods in the same location by the same vehicle at one time.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
