We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Content Creator to produce engaging and relevant content for our audience. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing content across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
- Create compelling and high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for various platforms, including but not limited to blogs, social media, videos, infographics, and podcasts.
- Research industry trends, topics, and keywords to generate content ideas that resonate with our audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure content consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
- Optimize content for SEO and engagement metrics, such as likes, shares, comments, and click-through rates.
- Stay updated on emerging content formats, platforms, and best practices to continuously improve content effectiveness and reach.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Maintain editorial calendars, content schedules, and production workflows to ensure timely delivery of content.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a content creator, copywriter, or similar role
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
- Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, or similar.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics) is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
