**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development and Instruction**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate art and craft curriculum aligned with educational standards and learning objectives.
- Design engaging lesson plans that incorporate a variety of artistic mediums, techniques, and processes, such as drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking, and mixed media.
- Provide demonstrations, hands-on activities, and creative projects to inspire student creativity and skill development.
- **Artistic Skill Development**:

- Teach fundamental principles of art and design, including composition, color theory, perspective, and form.
- Guide students in developing technical skills and craftsmanship through practice, experimentation, and reflection.
- Foster creativity, self-expression, and individual artistic styles, encouraging students to explore and take risks in their artwork.
- **Cultural and Artistic Appreciation**:

- Introduce students to a diverse range of art movements, styles, and artists from different cultures and historical periods.
- Foster appreciation for art history, aesthetics, and cultural significance, helping students understand the context and meaning behind artistic works.
- Encourage students to critically analyze and interpret artworks, expressing their thoughts and interpretations through discussion and reflection.
- **Classroom Management and Environment**:

- Create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel safe, respected, and inspired to create.
- Establish clear expectations for behavior and participation, promoting a collaborative and inclusive classroom culture.
- Manage art supplies, materials, and equipment efficiently, ensuring a well-equipped and organized art studio or classroom space.
- **Student Assessment and Feedback**:

- Assess student artwork using a variety of methods, such as portfolios, critiques, rubrics, and exhibitions.
- Provide constructive feedback to students, acknowledging their strengths and offering suggestions for improvement.
- Encourage self-assessment and reflection, empowering students to take ownership of their artistic growth and development.
- **Parent Communication and Collaboration**:

- Maintain open and regular communication with parents, sharing updates on student progress, achievements, and upcoming projects.
- Collaborate with parents as partners in their child's artistic development, soliciting input, addressing concerns, and celebrating student achievements.
- Organize art showcases, exhibitions, or family art nights to showcase student artwork and involve families in the artistic community.
- **Professional Development and Growth**:

- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in art education, pedagogy, and artistic practice.
- Participate in art education workshops, conferences, and professional learning communities to stay current with best practices and emerging trends.
- Reflect on teaching practices, seek feedback from peers and supervisors, and pursue opportunities for personal and professional growth as an art educator.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Art Education, Fine Arts, or a related field (required); Master's degree preferred.
- Teaching certification or licensure appropriate for art education.
- Previous experience teaching art and craft to students of varying ages and skill levels (preferred).
- Strong artistic skills and proficiency in a variety of artistic mediums and techniques.
- Passion for art education, creativity, and fostering artistic expression in others.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment where all students feel valued and empowered to explore and create.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
