**Role & Responsibilities**:

- **Prototyping & Wireframing**: Create high-quality prototypes and wireframes that reflect product requirements and enhance user experience.
- **User Research**: Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and testing to continuously improve design solutions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to create seamless, responsive designs.
- **Design Documentation**: Prepare and maintain design documentation to ensure proper implementation of design elements.
- **Consistency & Quality**: Ensure consistency in design across all products, following established brand guidelines and design systems.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Figma Expertise**: Advanced proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
- **Design Tools**: Familiarity with other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, IN Vision, etc.) is a plus.
- **UX Research**: Strong understanding of user research methods and ability to translate findings into design decisions.
- **Front-End Understanding**: Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) and understanding of responsive design is a bonus.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills in **Telugu** (compulsory) and English, both verbal and written.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail with a passion for delivering high-quality design solutions.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Must have your **own laptop** to work.
- Must be able to **join immediately** or with mínimal notice.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,547.64 per month
