**Job Title**: UX/UI Designer

**Experience**: 1+ year of proven experience in UX/UI design

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user requirements, project goals, and design objectives.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows using Figma and other design tools.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency.
- Stay updated on UI/UX design trends and incorporate best practices into projects.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Iterate on designs based on client and user feedback to achieve project goals.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- **Minimum of 1 year of experience** in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to create responsive and adaptive designs for various devices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹15,510.14 - ₹21,547.64 per month
